Having worked in various sectors in care including Homecare, Care Homes and Mental Health Care for the past 16 years. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of posts including positions as a team senior and care co-ordinator. Elizabeth has a wealth of experience both in managing staff and providing hands-on care.

During this time Elizabeth determined that improvements could be made both for Service Users and for Homecare staff. This led to the opening of Lica Homecare.
With Elizabeth's knowledge and experience she is determined that Lica Homecare will set itself apart due to a person-centred approach to care and by making sure the staff feel valued and listened to.
